Project Summary: Full planning permission to demolish an existing detached garage and improve the existing, highly constrained vehicular access with new detached garden room for use as a home office space

Design: A-symmetrical  open gable single storey form to follow the articulation of the massing to the existing house. Design intent is to create a clean and contemporary addition to the exiting dwelling, with an elegant rendered intervention which creates a clear dialogue with the garden space
