Design: Single storey, side and rear extension to a large detached dwelling on a new build residential development. The proposal predominantly consists of brown painted / treated  timber cladding as the primary cladding material, drawing on the material palette established by the existing development. Brown treated / painted timber is one of the more prominent timber tones used throughout the site.
