Project Summary: Full planning permission to demolish an existing timber garage structure within the curtilage of a Grade II listed dwelling and replace with a home gym

Status: Planning permission granted  (2025)

Design: The proposal is to be clad charred timber, which will wrap up the walls and onto the roof, to create a contemporary piece of architecture adjacent to the Grade II listed house and outbuildings. The design is inspired by the immediate context with arched windows and doors picking up on details from the 15th century house
